MRF Limited, one of India's leading tire manufacturers, is set to announce its financial results for the third quarter of FY 25 on February 6th. The company, renowned for its strong presence in the tyre sector, will release its Q3 earnings to provide insights into its performance during the period from October to December 2024.

MRF Ltd. said that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, Feb. 6 to consider and approve the financial results for the October-December quarter.
"This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on Thursday, 6th~ebruary, 2025~nter alia to transact the following business:1) To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 3rd December, 2024," the company said in its filing to BSE.
Along with the Q3 earnings report, The board of directors will also meet to consider the declaration of the Second Interim Dividend, if any.
"It is further informed that the Record Date for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, will be Friday, 14th February, 2025.We further inform that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading Window has been closed from 1st January, 2025 to 8th February, 2025 (both days inclusive)," the filing added.
The much-anticipated dividend announcement comes as the company continues to demonstrate strong performance in the tyre manufacturing sector, bolstered by a solid presence in both domestic and international markets. MRF had declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share for its shareholders in Nov. 2024.
