Baba Ramdev in a candid conversation with Republic Media Network's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami revealed that the Patanjali Group has provided 5 lakh jobs and will create five lakh more in the coming years.
The yoga guru made a big statement at India's biggest Economic Summit 2024 when he was asked about the plans of the company. He said, “ Patanjali has provided employment to about five lakh people and will soon create five lakh more job opportunities.”

Speaking further during the conversation, Baba Ramdev emphasised that Patanjali 's target is not profit, but charity. The Yoga Guru said nation and society are the ultimate beneficiaries of Patanjali Ayurved. "We have provided employment to about five lakh people and will soon create five lakh more job opportunities," he said.
He declared that with a 'superpower' like Ayurved and Yoga, India will provide health and peace to the world. He claimed that Patanjali would free the world from diseases like diabetes, cancer, and Blood Pressure.
He added that the company has so far manufactured "over 100 R&D-based drugs and saved thousands from undergoing organ transplants."
