However, as the calendar turned to February, the IPO landscape took a quieter turn, with only one notable offering slated for the month: ArisInfra Solutions Limited. This upcoming IPO is poised to captivate investors with its unique business model and strategic focus within the construction materials sector.

ArisInfra Solutions Limited, incorporated in 2021, has swiftly emerged as a pivotal player in the B2B construction materials market. As per the market tracker website, The IPO is a book built issue of 2.86 crore shares, entirely fresh. Key players in the IPO process include JM Financial Limited, IIFL Securities Ltd, and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited as book running lead managers. The offering is structured to allocate not less than 75% to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), with Retail investors capped at 10% and Non-Institutional Investors (HNIs) at 15%.

ArisInfra has established a robust market presence by delivering over 10.35 million metric tonnes of construction materials across major Indian cities, including Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai. Their client base includes prominent names such as Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited and Afcons Infrastructure Limited, underscoring their role in modernizing the construction supply chain.

The company's subsidiary, ArisUnitern Re Solutions Private Limited, extends value-added services tailored to real estate developers, further enhancing their market footprint.
