NBCC Dividend 2025: Record Date Changed - See New Deadline

National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC), a leading public sector enterprise, has announced a change in the record date for its upcoming dividend declaration.

The company, in a statement issued recently, confirmed that the record date, which was initially being made to ensure that all eligible shareholders are accounted for in the upcoming dividend distribution.

"As per said intimation, the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, inter alia to:
i. Consider, approve and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024 and
ii. Consider and declare Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any," the company stated in its filing to BSE.

The company, in a statement issued today, confirmed that the record date, which was initially set for for February 14, 2025 will now be revised to February 18. This change is The change in the record date is expected to facilitate smoother processing for all stakeholders involved and is in accordance with the regulatory requirements set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)

“Further, the Company had informed, February 14, 2025 as record date for the purpose of nterim Dividend, if any. Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 42 of the Listing Regulations 2015, the Company has revised the record date and fixed Tuesday, February 18, 2025 as new Record Date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2024-25,” the filing added. 

NBCC Q3 results date

Meanwhile, NBCC has has reconfirmed that it will declare its financial results for the third quarter of FY25 on 11th February. The company, which is involved in construction, project management, and real estate development, revealed that the results will be made available to the public after the board of directors meets on that day.  The results will cover the financial performance and key business updates, providing stakeholders with a detailed overview of the company's operations and achievements.
