Ola Electric, one of India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturers, is expected to announce its financial results for the third quarter (Q3) of the fiscal year 2024-25 on February 7, 2025. The much-anticipated results will shed light on the company’s performance amid the rapidly growing electric vehicle market in India.

Ola Electric Board Meeting 

Ola Electric Mobility Ltd, led by Bhavish Aggarwal, notified the stock exchanges on 4th February that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, February 7, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2024.

“We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Ola Electric Mobility Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 07, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon,” the two-wheeler EV maker said in the filing.

"Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated December 31, 2024, regarding closure of trading window, we wish to inform you that trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2025 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results of the Company," the filing added.

Gen 3 e-scooters rolled out 

Very recently, Ola Electric introduced its latest range of Gen 3 scooters on January 31 as part of its efforts to expand its product lineup and strengthen its leadership in the market. The Bangalore-based EV startup unveiled the new S1 Gen 3 series, built on its proprietary Gen 3 platform. The updated range begins at an introductory price of Rs 79,999 for the S1 X (2kWh) model and goes up to Rs 1,69,999 for the top-tier S1 Pro+ (5.3kWh) variant.

"Gen 3 sets new standards with exceptional performance, greater efficiency, and a complete reinvention of the benchmarks we previously established—setting the stage for a transformation in the industry," said Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ola Electric.
