Elon Musk At DOGE Glorifies 120-Hour Work Week - Internet Criticizes
"There is no reason to work 120 hours per week unless you are wildly unproductive," one user said.

Adding to the conundrum of how long a work week should be, Elon Musk has weighed in saying Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) employees work 120 hours every week.
Advocating for longer working hours, as compared to the 40 or 70 hour work-week, Musk took a jibe at his opponents saying this is why they are losing in the game.
"DOGE is working 120 hour a week. Our bureaucratic opponents optimistically work 40 hours a week. That is why they are losing so fast," Elon Musk posted on X.
Elon Musk was responding to a post which appreciated the new US administration and DOGE for exposing "fraud" in Biden's administration.
The post said, "They’re finding massive waste, fraud and abuse of our tax dollars… in the first two weeks! Decades of grifting and stealing are coming to an end — finally! Thank you @DOGE."
This is when the Tesla CEO said that DOGE employees work 120 hours a week. This means that an average DOGE employee easily works more than 17 hours in a day.
Internet Criticizes Musk
Musk's statement has now rekindled the debate over work hours, with the Internet being divided in support and opposition alike.
While some users are applauding Musk's work ethic, others are arguing that long working hours are a sign of inefficiency and unproductivity.
"There is no reason to work 120 hours per week unless you are wildly unproductive," one user said.
Another user commented, "You sound like a terrible boss."
