AI PCs from HP: HP has introduced its most advanced personal computers featuring the latest Snapdragon X Elite processor and Neural Processing Unit (NPU) 6. The new models, HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X represent HP's inaugural line of Copilot+ PCs designed to harness the power of local AI processing.

The new laptops are equipped with NPU 6, which can perform up to 45 trillion operations per second. This enables advanced language models and generative AI capabilities directly on the device. This integration aims to enhance computing efficiency, strengthen security, and provide a more personalised user experience tailored to hybrid work environments.

The HP EliteBook Ultra is priced starting at Rs 1,69,934, while the HP OmniBook X begins at Rs 1,39,999. These new models are expected to redefine user expectations and elevate the standard of personal computing with their cutting-edge AI capabilities.

Ipsita Dasgupta (Senior Vice President and Managing Director of HP India), has highlighted that these AI PCs mark the beginning of a new era in computing. She emphasised that the innovation would not only boost work efficiency but also contribute to India's digital transformation and economic growth.

The HP OmniBook X is tailored for creators and freelancers requiring a high-performance, versatile device. Both the EliteBook Ultra and OmniBook X feature HP AI Companion and Poly-Camera Pro technologies. Additionally, HP is incorporating sustainable practices by using 50 per cent recycled aluminum for the laptop covers and 100 per cent sustainably sourced materials for packaging.

Vineet Gehani (Senior Director of Personal Systems at HP India), said, “ These AI PCs are designed to deliver personalised and meaningful interactions, setting a new benchmark for technology with smarter, more intuitive, and responsive features,”
